First small update right after first release. Decluttering the UI a bit.

Version 14:

• removed the continue button from main menu to not confuse players
  • Didn't do anything yet, will be reimplemented later
• removed the Debug stuff in the Hud
• added a save button in the hud
• added a save button in the menu
